I love you. I love you for all that you were, all that you are, and all that you will be.
We have had so many amazing memories since 2015. We have also had the type of memories that are lessons learned. I am grateful for them both as they have taught us and molded us into the couple that we are now, united as one. As I understand that we will endure many more trials and many more arguments, I am grateful for them as they make us stronger and wiser. You are the man I want to sit in a rocker with watching the sun fade as we sip our coffees when we are 83 years old.
I am grateful for you fixing breakfast every single morning because I haven’t had the coffee that peels my eyes open yet.
I am grateful for your work ethic that is so strong and determined you can accomplish anything.
I am grateful that you choose the chores you know I hate just because you love me in the simplest of ways.
I am grateful for the love you show me in a trillion different ways, through words, through actions, and through touch. You are kind and gentle, yet strong and fierce.
I am grateful for a year of marriage. I am grateful the Lord provided this path for us. I never imagined be married so soon in my life and in no way would I change one single thing. Everything we are made of and everything we have climbed through has granted us the life we now lead.
You are amazing. I could never have picked a better guy. You are beautiful on the outside, but even greater your heart is golden. You are a light in the dark, the sun in the winter, and prove strength when weakness prevails. You are a light of the Lord that shines so bright. I am forever grateful for you and so proud of you for the life you lead. The Lord will use you in mighty ways, I am sure of it. He has already. You are so humble and for that I admire you even more. You are truly a one of a kind.
I love you more than I can ever find words to say.
Thank you for always being a constant in this unruly life.
